The application submission dates for the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET-UG) have been announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Students who are interested can complete and submit their application forms on the official website of NTA at nta.ac.in.
According to the latest notification from NTA, the deadline for submitting CUET-UG 2024 forms is March 26, 2024, at 11:50 PM. Corrections to the applications can be made between March 28 and March 29, 2024. Center allotment will commence on April 30, 2024. Admit cards will be available for download in mid-May 2024, and the exams will take place between May 15 and May 30, 2024. - High School Certificate Examination of Cambridge University or International
- Baccalaureate diploma from the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
- Candidates who have passed the Class 12 (or equivalent) examination outside India

- Step 4: upload the scanned document containing the student’s signature and a passport-sized photo.
- Step 5: Please make the payment for the registration fees.
- Step 6: Once the registration process is finished, students have the option to print out the confirmation page for their records.
Document Needed
- The passport photo of students should be in color or black and white, with 80% of their face visible.
- The student’s signature and photo must be in JPG/JPEG format when scanned.
- The scanned photo’s size ranges from 10 kilobytes to 200 kilobytes.
- The scanned signature falls within the range of 4 to 30 kilobytes in size.
- The image should be clearly visible.
Mode of Exams
The CUET-UG 2024 examination will be conducted in a hybrid mode, offering both pen and paper as well as computer-based testing (CBT) options. Candidates can choose from 13 languages for the exam: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. When filling out the online application form, candidates must select their preferred language for the question paper, as this choice cannot be changed later. It is recommended that candidates carefully consider and finalize their language preference before submitting their applications.
Selection of Centers
In the CUET-UG 2024 examination, students are given the opportunity to select their preferred exam center from a list of four options. However, there may be instances where a different center is assigned due to logistical or administrative reasons. According to the official notice, candidates are only allowed to choose exam center cities within the state of their permanent address or their present address. The CUET-UG exam will be conducted in a total of 354 cities within India and 26 cities abroad.
Application fees and payment methods
The registration process for CUET-UG 2024 requires candidates to pay a registration fee to complete their registration. Payment can be made through various methods such as debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and others. The confirmation page of the online application form will only be generated once the payment is successful. If the confirmation page is not generated after payment, the applicant should contact the relevant bank or payment channel to ensure successful payment or request a refund for any duplicate or multiple payments.
