At APS Admission Panel, we serve as an educational matching and directory counseling aggregator. Our goal is to connect prospective learners with online, distance, and executive education options worldwide.
As part of our commitment to student-first advocacy, this policy details our financial limits, counseling structures, and the regulatory cancellation timelines mandated by state and central education commissions (such as the University Grants Commission - UGC).
Advisory and Matchmaking Services
All educational exploration, counseling sessions, placement program matching, and comparative analytics services offered by APS Admission Panel are entirely free of charge.
University Admission Fees & Tuition Payments
Any and all payments for admissions applications, semester tuition fees, study materials, registration, and examinations are made directly to the respective university's official bank account or integrated payment gateway.
Since these fees are collected directly by the educational institutions, any application for withdrawal, program cancellation, or tuition refund must be filed directly with the respective university and is governed solely by that institution's official policy.
APS Admission Panel does not process, receive, or hold tuition payments. However, our support team can assist you in filing the withdrawal ticket with the university according to the timeline below.
Direct Processing & Verification Audits
In specific circumstances where candidates explicitly opt for premium value-added counseling items (such as corporate certificate translations, physical document courier, or external transcript evaluation support):
- Documentation Audit Fees: 100% refundable if requested before document review starts. Non-refundable once our compliance team begins document review.
- Courier & Handling Charges: Once materials are shipped to third-party assessors or universities, these costs are fully non-refundable.
Regulatory Refund Timeline Estimator
Select your cancellation timeline relative to the university's formal last date of admission to view the standard refund percentage.
Max ₹5,000 or 5% of tuition fee (whichever is lower) as processing charges.
UGC Guidelines Section 4.1.1 (15 days or more before the notified last date of admission).
Dispute Escalation Lifecycle
Submit your retraction request using the support ticket section below. Please attach your university admission number and receipt.
Our verification team audits your timeline relative to the university dates (SLA: 24-48 business hours).
If valid under UGC policies, our liaison team escalates the request directly to the university registrar on your behalf.
The university processes the request and refunds the money directly to your source bank account (typically within 15-30 working days).
